See Photos from the Fire Outbreak Which Engulfed Female Hostel at YabaTech in Lagos

The female hostel of the Yaba College of Technology (Yaba Tech), was
engulfed in inferno which reportedly broke out in the wee hours of
Wednesday, and consumed many belongings of female students.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the fire which
engulfed ‘Bakassi building’, raged for two hours before the arrival of the
fire service.
The fire could not be put out immediately because the college Fire
Service ran of water.
There are however no details as to the number of casualties (if any) as
the fire has been put out, but sources within the school campus said a
student was injured while trying to move her belonging when the fire
broke out.
